Background

Prof. Azzam has been involved with simulation training in an interprofessional environment partnering with critical care teams, physicians, nurses and other leads. He has served as associate clinical teaching unit (CTU) director for the Internal Medicine Program at the Hamilton General Hospital as well as director of simulation for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He coordinated the internal medicine clerkship as site coordinator for the Hamilton General Hospital.
