For student group on-site participation in Kraków

  • Step 1: All group members individually fill out the registration form found here: Register.
  • Step 2: One designated group leader sends a list of all group members with corresponding e‑mail addresses to the course secretariat: secretariat@mircim.eu.
Please note the names and e-mail addresses on the list should match the information submitted during registration.
  • Step 3: Payment is made on behalf of the entire group (one lump sum payment using bank transfer) OR by individual group members (by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal).
Please let the secretariat know which payment method to expect. Also, please include as much information as possible in the note section/description on the bank transfer or PayPal transaction to help us easily associate the payment with your group.

Group registration policy

  • A group consists of three (3) or more members attending from the same university or institution.
  • Groups are independent – registration of one group from a university or institution does not extend the group discount to all other participants from that university or institution.
  • Refunds will not be made to participants who pay the regular fee and subsequently join a group.
  • The course organizers reserve the right to deny the group discount on the basis of any perceived deception on the part of the registrant.
